Choo-Choo

Mateo loves trains (or as he calls them "Choo-choos"). Lately he has been lining everything (coins, toys, cards) up and calling it a train. This day he lined up some boxes and took his animals for a ride.

  1. He totally follows his older brother in creativity. This is pretty neat for his age.

  2. Hey he sounds like my son. He calls everything lined up a train. We just made a rainbow using cut up paint chips and as he glued them in rows he kept calling them "tren rojo, tren verde", neat!

  5. I use Capri Sun boxes for teacher made blocks. I have several little guys who are crazy about trains----I might have to turn some of the blocks into trains! Great idea!

  6. What fun imaginative play.

Your activities you did for your China theme are fantastic. I am also enjoying using themes as a way to focus and prepare our activties for at least a week.
